All gauges are made to order to your exact custom specifications!
Regardless of gauge theme and design, each individual gauge is carefully built by hand and gets special attention to ensure the highest quality possible!
Holiday sales and higher order volume will cause all orders to take slightly longer than usual to move through our processes.
Depending on the time of year, production time for any order can take between 10-45 business days.
When placing an order, keep in mind that all items on an order are shipped together.
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been shipped.

We process, produce, and ship items Mon-Fri. Orders placed on Sat or Sun will be processed on the following business day.
For domestic* orders the shipping method and transit time are selected during checkout.
All international orders are shipped using DHL Express and FEDEX Express.
*Customers outside of the US are respsonsible for duties and taxes that are collected before the shipment is delivered.
We will not process or ship orders on the following holidays:
New Years Day, Memorial Day, July Fourth, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Additional processing time may be necessary on bank closure holidays.
* Domestic handling does not deliver on weekends.
Products may be returned within 30 days of receiving the item(s) for a full refund.
After 30 days, the product may be refunded with a 20% restocking fee.
After 60 days, the product is nonrefundable.
Shipping and custom work is nonrefundable.
If you receive a faulty product from us or if it stops working at no fault of your own, you can return it to be repaired and shipped back to you.
