your Make and find your Model and Year. Click on the link to purchase

Bezel.
EL GLO Dials - Click on "Custom Gauges" at the top. Click EL GLO Dials.
Click on your Make and find your Model and Year. Choose your options and
press
FINISH.

4. What if I want to order a Carbon Fiber look Bezel but it's not listed? Please call our Sales Department during Business hours to order your Carbon Fiber look Bezel. We do not list all of our Carbon Fiber look Bezels on our site. |
5. How can I place a Pre Order? Please click on the MODEL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM link (listed on the Home
page). Find your
Make/Model/Year and click on the link. You can place
your Pre Order by going through the
Checkout. Your Credit card will be
Charged $1.00. This amount is Non-Refundable.
Once the Pre Order has been tooled up the full amount will be charged. The $1.00 charge will be
credited towards this amount. |
6. What payment methods can I pay with? We accept payments via Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Paypal, Money Orders, and Checks (we hold checks for 10 days to clear). |
7. Can I use a different shipping address than my billing address? Customer Service requires that we ship only to our Customers Billing address! This safety feature helps prevent fraudulent charges to our valued Customer accounts. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause! |
8. How will my item be shipped? When will my order get to me? USA - EL GLO Kits are generally shipped within 3-4 days of receipt of
order
via USPS Priority
mail (2-3 day shipping). Bezels are generally shipped
within 1-3 days of receipt of order
via USPS Priority mail (2-3 day
shipping).
Canada - EL GLO Kits are generally
shipped within 3-4 days of receipt of
order via USPS Airmail (7-14 day shipping). Bezels are
generally shipped
within 1-3 days of receipt of order via USPS Airmail (7-14 day
shipping).
International - EL GLO Kits are generally shipped within 3-4 days of
receipt of order via USPS Global Express Mail (2-4 day shipping). Bezels
are generally
shipped within 1-3 days of receipt of order via USPS Airmail
(7-14 day shipping).

9. What is your RETURN POLICY? BEZEL, PILLAR PODS and ACCESSORY RETURN POLICY: *Uninstalled,
Undamaged Bezels, Pillar Pods
and/or Accessories, may be returned within 14 days of receipt of item with
a 10% restocking fee charge. Shipping and Handling is Non- Refundable.
*Uninstalled, Undamaged Bezels, Pillar Pods and/or Accessories returned
after 14 days
of receipt of item, but within 30 days of receipt of item, will be subject
to a 25% restocking fee charge. Shipping and Handling is Non-Refundable.
*Uninstalled, Undamaged Bezels, Pillar Pods and/or Accessories are Non-
Refundable after
30 days of receipt of item.
EL GLO / GAUGE RETURN POLICY: *Uninstalled, Undamaged CUSTOM EL-
GLO Kits and CUSTOM GAUGES may be returned within 7 days of receipt of
item
with a 15% restocking fee. All Customizations are NON-REFUNDABLE. Shipping
and Handling is Non-Refundable.
*Uninstalled, Undamaged CUSTOM EL-GLO Kits and CUSTOM GAUGES are Non-
Refundable after 7 days of receipt of item.

| This is a "Return Merchandise Authorization" Number. We will not accept Merchandise returned to us without an RMA Number on the box. If you need to return a product please contact Customer Service at 801.796.1460 to get an RMA Number. |
11. What if I have a Technical / Installation Question? We recommend Professional installation on all of our products. A generic set of instructions is included with each kit. Please call our Sales Dept. at 801.796.1460 for Technical help. Or email us at Service@Speedhut.com with your question. |
12. What is the MODEL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM? This is a Program Speedhut has designed to help our Customers receive
Custom EL GLO
Products that are not currently available. Once we receive
25 Pre Orders we will begin
tooling. We offer additional
discounts to our Group Leader and Pre Order Customers
including Free Text,
Free Standard Graphics
(Flames, etc), and Free Standard
Logo's.
*We can also add Km/h instead of MPH to our Pre Order for FREE as long
as we
have 5+ Km/h
Pre
Order Customers.
The price for our Pre Order EL Glo Dial Kit's are
generally
around
$99-109 + S&H.
Please go to home page and click on the "Model Development" link to see
the current cars we have in development.

13. How can I be the Group Leader? The Group Leader is the one who sends in the cluster for his car. This
cluster is not
returned. The cluster can be purchased inexpensiverly from a
junkyard (it does NOT have
to be in working condition HOWEVER it DOES need
to have everything intact,
needles,etc).
Once we have received a Cluster from an individual, he/she will be
the
Group Leader. This cluster will then be added to our Model Development
Program.
Email inquiries will be answered with the Group Leader and
Speedhut service. Please
contact Speedhut at Sales@Speedhut.com before
sending in your cluster.

14. I don't see a Bezel or EL GLO Dial listed for my car. We don't have Bezels and Custom EL GLO Dial Kits for all vehicles. If you don't see your car listed we may not have a Bezel or Custom EL GLO Dial Kit for you. Please continue to check out our selection as we may have something available for you in the future. *Or check out our Model Development Program to see about starting a Program for your dash. |
16. What if I want to become a Distributor for Speedhut? If you would like to become a Distributor for Speedhut, please fax your Business license to 801.796.1468. We will send a response back via EMAIL. *Please be sure to include your Email address! |
17. I've paid for my item on ebay but I keep getting Payment Reminders. We are unable to turn off the AUTO reminders until we have actually received your payment. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause! |
18. What if I want to cancel my bid on ebay? You will need to check with ebay to cancel your bid. If you aren't able to cancel it before it ends, please send $3.50 for cancellation fees. We will then be able to take your name off of our non-paying bidders list. |
19. What if my dash looks the same but the Year/Make/Model is different? Please check out the dash cluster pictured! Make sure it looks EXACTLY like your cluster! The shape of the cluster, the warning light holes, stop pins etc. MUST be the same on both clusters! If it looks EXACTLY like your cluster then it will probably fit! Please send a picture of your dash cluster (close up) to Sales@Speedhut.com if you would like our Engineers to verify it will work. |
20. What if I want to order Km/h? What if my Speedo looks different? We do offer Km/h for $10.00 if not offered on the site. To place your Km/h
order please state in NOTES that you would like Km/h rather than MPH. A
$10.00 charge will be added to your order. *We do require a
digital pic of your dash for reference puposes.
If your Speedo or Tach is
different,
we may still be able to offer your version for your dash. Please email us
a pic to
see if we can
offer your dash version! |
21. Will your 2" Gauges fit in a 2 1/16 Pillar Pod? Yes, perfectly! |
22. Will your 2" Gauges come with the Sending Unit? Yes, they come with the sending unit and mounting bracket. |
